The Foster Adoption Support Team's (FAST) mission is to maintain and improve the quality of life for foster and adopted children, supporting opportunities for a safe and nurturing family environment, through teamwork, training, education and support for foster and/or adoptive parents along with meeting the needs of these children who through no fault of their own have become wards of the state.
